Sheffield, UK – Thriving Investments is thrilled to celebrate Phase 2 of the Park Hill housing redevelopment earning double honours at the 2023 Dezeen Awards. The project was named both Sustainable Project of the Year and Sustainable Renovation of the Year for its sensitive restoration of the iconic housing complex led by architecture firm Mikhail Riches. The Park Hill regeneration is a joint venture partnership between Places for People and Urban Splash.
Judges lauded Park Hill Phase 2 as a leading model for housing upgrades that retain heritage while dramatically improving environmental performance. The double award win adds to over 37 cumulative recognitions showered on the Park Hill regeneration project by industry leaders.
